Full description of the Blue Mountains Private Tour

Heading towards the West of Sydney, our first stop is Lincoln’s rock. In past known as the Flat Rock and officially named as the Lincoln’s Rock in 2013. This impressive lookout is one of the favorites of our travellers for an instagrammable selfie.

Next stop on this private tour to Blue Mountains is the Three Sisters in Katoomba. Three Sisters lookout at the Echo point is the most visited lookout by travellers and it is a spectacular landmark. A rock formation with many legends behind it and on the north escarpment of the Jamison Valley. The Giant stairway bushwalk at the Echo point is another favourite of our travellers, that gives fabulous views and excitement.

Scenic World, popular for the Blue Mountains cable car is our next stop. An amusement park for an ultimate Blue Mountains adventure. The park has four popular attractions namely the world’s steepest incline railway, glass-floored Skyway, Blue Mountains cable car and a scenic walk.

Depends on the time, the next stops for this private tour to Blue Mountains could be a bushwalk to Katoomba or Leura cascades. Or visit Cahill’s lookout for sweeping views of the valley. Or Everglades Historic house to see the European landscape and inter-war period garden. Or a visit to Waradah Australian Centre for an Aboriginal and contemporary dance performance.

Leaving the Blue Mountains region in the early afternoon, the next stop of this tour is Featherdale Wildlife Park. A wildlife park situated Doonside, west of Sydney. It is a house of the most comprehensive collection of native species of Australia. If you are looking for an interactive wildlife experience with Koalas and Kangaroos you need to add this to your must-visit list when are in Sydney.

Leaving the Featherdale Wildlife Park around 4.30 pm, your private tour to Blue Mountains ends at around 5.30 pm Sydney CBD by dropping off you to your hotel.

Please note – spotting wildlife such as kangaroos and kookaburras are a common request on a tour to Blue Mountains. However, it depends on the time, Blue Mountains national park entry rules and weather. Please let us know before you book the tour and we advise the possibilities of spotting wildlife

Trip from sydney - We found this blue mountain private guided tour after researching TripAdvisor reviews and looking at few websites. The driver didn’t disappoint us at all except he has gone beyond than we could expect from a day tour. Took us to few places which was not in the original itinerary and we were able to take photos with wild kangaroos. Truly amazing experience.

Must to do in Sydney - Booked and paid via Viator before our arrival to Sydney. From the meeting point to the end of the day this was an excellent blue mountains day trip. Our driver for the day (Raki) was very kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He does Hunter Valley wine tours too and I wish we had done this as well.
