CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policies may change according to the inbound, travel agent, OTA, etc. signed agreements. If you book directly with us, the following cancellation policy will apply : 2 weeks’ notice; full refund. 7 to 14 days of departure – 50% cancellation fee. Less than 7 days, loss of full fee. Online transaction fees will not refund in any circumstance. If it is a wine tour, tasting fees will be not refunded too.

TOURS RELATED QUESTIONS

Smoking – smoking is not permitted inside any of our vehicles; however, tours make frequent stops.

Food and drink – All tours make frequent stops for hot foods, however, bottled complimentary water available onboard.

Children – All children under seventeen must be accompanied by an adult.

Pick-ups and drop-offs – Sydney Top Tours offers door to door pick-up and drop-off services from Sydney CBD and radius of 25km. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location (accommodation provider) at least 5 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. Sydney Top Tours Australia cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.

Unavoidable circumstances – In the event of ‘Places of Interest’ being closed, or road conditions en-route prevent the tour as advertised being operated, every endeavour will be made to substitute an alternative, but the Company reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements. We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability. No servant or agent of ours can vary our conditions and any such purported variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed by one of our directors.

We care about the environment where we operate and take all steps to preserve it for the future. The late 2019 and early 2020 is a devastating summer for Australian wild animals and more than 5,000 koalas were killed as per the statistics of the National Geographic website. We at Sydney Top Tours have taken an initiative to save this iconic Australian animal by donating a contribution to Koala Hospital in Port Macquarie NSW. Every booking you make for our Koala and Kangaroo Encounter, we donate $10 back to Koala welfare.

Although every effort is made, Sydney Private Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Sydney Top Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.
