As we head to the northern suburbs of Sydney after picking you up at 7.30 am from Sydney CBD, the first stop of the tour, you can experience the free-roaming of Australian animals at the Hunter Valley Zoo. Following that, you will reveal the best of Semillion and Shiraz the valley can offer and the scenic beauty of Pokolbin in the care of your expert guide. The Hunter Valley is famous for Shiraz, handmade cheese, and chocolates.

Tour starts and first stop

Heading towards the north of Sydney after picking the travellers from their Sydney accommodation at 7.30 am, the first stop on our private tour to Hunter Valley wine and wildlife is the Hunter Valley zoo. Travellers will have the opportunity to hand-feed native animals such as kangaroos and take a selfies.

The Hunter Valley is the next stop and one of the oldest wine regions of Australia offers you the opportunity to learn about viticulture from a master winemaker. Winemaking is a highly sophisticated process of harvesting, crushing, pressing, fermentation, clarification, aging, and bottling.

Cancellation policies the Hunter Valley and wild life day tours may change according to the inbound, travel agent, OTA, etc. signed agreements. If you book directly with us, the following cancellation policy will apply: 2 weeks’ notice; full refund. 7 to 14 days of departure – 50% cancellation fee. Less than 7 days, loss of full fee. Online transaction fees will not refund in any circumstance. If it is a wine tour, tasting fees will be not refunded too.

Knowledgeable, easy company, and he judged the pace of the day exactly right — we never felt rushed and never stood around waiting. He accommodated our requests about walking and added Govetts Leap at Blackheath, which turned out to be a highlight. His lunch recommendations were spot on too. We enjoyed the day immensely.
