Tour starts and first stop
Horseback riding

Arriving at Hunter Valley around 10 am, the first activity is horseback riding on a private farm overlooking the best views of the valley. Spotting wild kangaroos is a common sight, occasionally you may able to see native Australian birds such as a wedge-tailed eagle or a noisy yet beautiful laughing kookaburra. All customers need to sign a liability form before horseback riding.
Wine tasting

This private tour from Sydney includes wine tasting from 2 pre-selected wineries. The world’s best Semillon is produced in the Hunter Valley. Apart from Semillon, Shiraz, Sparkling Shiraz, Chardonnay, and Verdelho are the other common grape varieties grown in the valley. Oak Vale, Gartelman’s, Pigs Peak and Capercaillie are some of the popular Hunter Valley wineries among previous travellers.

Hunter Valley is famous for wines, however, restaurants in Hunter Valley own by famous chefs in Sydney who display the best culinary skills. Bristo Molines is operated by Robert and Garret duo and is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Hunter Valley. Cancellation policies of the Wine tasting and horse riding private guided tours may change according to the inbound, travel agent, OTA, etc. signed agreements. If you book directly with us, the following cancellation policy will apply: 2 weeks’ notice; full refund. 7 to 14 days of departure – 50% cancellation fee. Less than 7 days, loss of full fee. Online transaction fees will not refund in any circumstance. If it is a wine tour, tasting fees will be not refunded too.

Knowledgeable, easy company, and he judged the pace of the day exactly right — we never felt rushed and never stood around waiting. He accommodated our requests about walking and added Govetts Leap at Blackheath, which turned out to be a highlight. His lunch recommendations were spot on too. We enjoyed the day immensely.
